The Goal Scorers: Hockey's Two-Way Goalies

The term "two-way goalie", at least as far as I know, was coined by Usenet poster Howard Brazee on January 22, 1999. Obviously humourous, it plays on the term "two-way player", meaning one who can play both offense and defense to some degree. These goaltenders, who clearly made it to where they are due to their goaltending prowess, also found their way to the "positive" side of the ledger at one point or another.

CAVEAT: This list is by no means claimed to be complete. If you have any documented additions for me (professional, major junior, or collegiate only, please), send them my way, and you'll have both my undying appreciation and a mention in the "Thank You" page. What more could you want out of life?

Thanks to Alan Caldwell, Jason Bau, Mark Obermayer, Jocke Persson, and statistics (from HFBoards) for additions to the list!
