• On March 10, 1932, Moe replaced injured Roy Worters in the Americans' net. They won, 5-1, over the opposing New York Rangers.
• On November 25, 1951, Roberts - then an assistant trainer with the Chicago Black Hawks - had to finish the third period for injured Harry Lumley in the Chicago net. Although he didn't yield a goal, his Hawks still fell to the Detroit Red Wings, 5-2.
