"Meyer played his first professional season after finishing up his college career at St. Cloud State. He was impressive in the ECHL and put up better numbers in a brief AHL stint that any of the other Rangers goaltenders. He took over the starting role for the Wolf Pack in the playoffs and compiled a 2.50 goals-against average and a .924 save percentage. He could be a late bloomer but his upside is as an NHL backup."
